Wealth in all its forms
Wealth starts with the voice in your head.
That voice is deciding your healthrelationshipsmoneystandardsnext ten yearslegacy
Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right. Long before a plan, a budget, or a diagnosis, there is a sentence you say to yourself about what’s available to you — and you have been quietly obeying it for years.
BE WELLthy is where that gets rebuilt. Not with affirmations. With the three things a life is actually made of, and the equipment you make every decision with.

Who we are
I’ve been rich. I’ve been broke. Same lifetime.
I made my first million by 25 and filed bankruptcy by 28. There were months we hid the car so it wouldn’t get repossessed. I’ve held more than sixty different jobs. I’ve had the number and felt nothing, and I’ve had nothing and felt the floor come back under me.
Then I rebuilt — health, family, and money, in that order this time. That order is the whole lesson, and it took losing it all to learn it.
So I built BE WELLthy for the person I used to be: someone with real money who still feels off, like something’s missing that a bigger number won’t fix. You already know a bigger number won’t fix it. That’s why you’re here.

What we stand for
Wealth in all its forms.
We call it WELLth — wealthy on the outside and the inside. Three points, one shape. Pull on any one of them and the other two move, whether you planned for it or not.
Health
Mental · Physical · Social · Emotional · Spiritual
The body you make every other decision inside of. Run it empty and the judgment goes first — long before the bloodwork says anything is wrong.
Relationships
Family · Friends · Business · Self
The people the whole thing is for. Most of us are building it for someone we have stopped actually seeing, and some of them will not be there at the finish line.
Finances
Cash flow · Independence · Legacy
Not the number. What the number is for. Money is a carrier of meaning or it is just a scoreboard nobody else is reading.
A triangle is the strongest shape there is, and it is the only one that fails completely when you remove a single side. That is not a metaphor we picked because it was pretty. It is the actual engineering of a life.
What we’re building
A practice, and a place to practice it.
Nobody ever got fulfilled by agreeing with a framework. The Triangle only pays when you actually run it — which means there has to be real work to run, and somewhere to run it. So we’re building both.
Health
The machine you make every decision inside of
- Body mechanics and movement — how you are actually built to move, and what twenty years of compensating has done to it
- Cognitive training — attention, working memory and processing speed, trained the way a muscle is
- Recovery, sleep and burnout — why the edge you think you are gaining after 10pm is borrowed at a terrible rate
- Training with intent — twenty years of athletics and coaching, aimed at the body you have now rather than the one you had at 22
Relationships
The people the whole thing was always for
- The company you keep — building a personal board of directors on purpose rather than by proximity
- The Family Constitution — handing down the values, not only the balance
- Hard conversations about money with the people you love, which is where most of them have never happened
- Knowing who you are building it for — the question that quietly reorders everything once you answer it honestly
Finances
Not the number. What the number is for
- Money Muscle Memory® — the reflexes you already run money on, surfaced and retrained. Most money problems were never math problems
- Your number and what sits behind it — what enough actually looks like when you define it rather than inherit it
- Guarantees, life insurance and annuities — the history, the mechanics, what they were built to do and where the industry fails people. Taught like a history class: no products, no recommendations, nothing to buy
- Legacy design — because most estates transfer the money and lose the lesson
The book

4 Steps to the Life You Thought Your Money Was Supposed to Buy
Part memoir, part method. The gap between what you built and how it feels is not a flaw in your character — it is a starting line. The four moves, worked through chapter by chapter, with the parts of my own story I would rather not have had to learn from.
Read itThe WELLth Training Facility
A warehouse and a domed turf field, where all three points get trained in the same building on the same day.
Everything worth knowing is already a search away. Information stopped being scarce years ago. Access to the right people never did — and no amount of intelligence, artificial or otherwise, does what a room of them does.
That is what the building is for.
Capped and by invitation when it opens, because the room is the product.
What we teach
Four moves, run again and again.
This is Neurofinancial Alignment™ — the method underneath everything we do. It isn’t a course you finish. You run it once to get an honest starting number, then you run it again every time life changes. That’s what keeps the number honest instead of a score you check once and file away.
STEP 01
Know Thyself
An honest look at where you actually stand, not where you think you should be by now. Most people have never once written it down without flinching.
STEP 02
Define Your TELOS
What this part of your life is actually for. Purpose stated plainly enough that you could use it to decide something on a Tuesday.
STEP 03
Architecture of WELLth
The habits and the structure actually holding it up. Intentions are not architecture. What you repeat is.
STEP 04
UnEarth Your WELLth
The one thing quietly costing you the most — and it is almost never the thing you came in worried about.
Where to start
The floor under all three.
Here’s the part almost nobody connects. That voice in your head isn’t weather. It runs on physical equipment — attention, working memory, processing speed. The same three capacities you use to read a room, hold your temper, catch the thing in the contract, and decide whether to say yes.
Which means health, relationships and money aren’t three problems. They’re three outputs of one system. And that system is trainable, the same way a body is.
The WELLth Triangle is what you build.
Neurofinancial Alignment™ is how you decide.
NeuroTracker X trains the thing you decide with.
So we start there. NeuroTracker X is our cognitive training program, built on a platform with more than 120 published academic papers behind it and used in elite sport, military and human-performance settings. Sessions are six minutes. You can run one today, on the laptop already in front of you.
Takes you to neurotracker.bewellthy.io — our training program, same house.
Straight answers
- Is this financial advice?
- No, and we're deliberate about that line. BE WELLthy publishes education — nothing here is investment, tax, legal or medical advice, and nothing here is an offer to sell you a financial product. For guidance built around your actual situation, work with a licensed professional who can see the whole picture.
- What does WELLth actually mean?
- Wealthy on the outside and the inside. It's the whole point of the odd spelling: most people are building one and quietly bankrupting the other, and the word itself is there to stop you doing that without noticing.
- Do I have to care about all three points?
- You already do, whether you've budgeted for it or not. But you don't start on all three. You start on the one you're actually called to, and the honest truth is the other two start moving on their own once you do.
- Why does a wealth brand sell brain training?
- Because every decision you make about your health, your people and your money is made with the same equipment, and that equipment is trainable. Training it is the most upstream thing you can do — and the cheapest to test. Six minutes.
- I already have money. Is this for me?
- It's mostly for you. The person this was built for has the number and still feels off. If that sentence landed, you're in the right place and you probably already knew that before you got to this line.
Six minutes a day. Start where you actually are.
